About You:

This opportunity will suit a highly motivated and outcome driven individual who has a passion for delivering positive business outcomes. You will also hold the following tickets/skills:

• 5 + Experience in a field supervisory or site operations role.
• Prior experience in managing field crews is essential.
• Freeway and Road Network maintenance preferred.
• Traffic Management experience and relevant tickets are advantageous.
• Well-developed communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• OH&S and Safety certifications are highly regarded.
• Asphalt/Flocon experience preferred but no essential
