THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
Santander UPL Product Team is looking for a Product Proposition Executive based out of any primary Santander site in the UK.
This role is on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
This is a great opportunity to join the UPL Product team within the Homes Division (Mortgages & Loans). The role will have commercial ownership at product/process flow level, tracking product & customer journey performance against plan, highlighting, and managing risks/issues. The role helps to ensure the identified business needs are addressed through a delivery & change plan and helps to facilitate interaction and alignment across a range of Business stakeholders.

Support of product P&L and commercial tracking and initiatives
Analysis of data to support product development & prioritisation
Tracking of budget & project funding requirements
Identify & manage risk (cross-function as appropriate)
Report on loyal customer growth and Digital adoption
Understanding and monitoring of competitive landscape to support proposition development & recommendations

Professional Experience:
Business performance management experience and an agile way of working (Required)
Experience in Financial services and delivering small to medium sized projects (Required)
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery (Required)
Solid programme and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously (Required)
Confident stakeholder management across cross-functional teams (Required)
A collaborative leadership style that brings people together to deliver results (Required)
A background in product management, propositions or marketing (Preferred)
Ability to build rapport with business stakeholders and demonstrate influencing skills (Preferred)
Experience working directly with customers within financial services or retail banking (Preferred)
Exposure to unsecured lending or personal loans (Preferred)
Education:
Hard Skills:
High levels of literacy and numeracy (Required)
Proficient in use of core Microsoft applications i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Required)
Experience with project management tools i.e. workflows and Gant style charts (Preferred)
Soft Skills:
Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively at all levels (Required)
Ability to adapt to flexible working and work autonomously when required (Required)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload to maximise efficiency (Required)

Salary Range:
£37,234.00 - £55,852.00 per annum (depending on experience)
This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
