Role Overview
As a Senior Manager – Reporting, you will lead reporting and analytics initiatives within a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment, acting as a key liaison between offshore teams and global stakeholders. You will drive the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards and analytics solutions, ensuring high-quality insights that support business decision-making. This role combines technical expertise, people leadership, and strategic collaboration to enable scalable reporting solutions and continuous improvement in business intelligence capabilities.
This position is office-based and will be on site at Regeneron’s Hyderabad office.
A Typical Day May Include the Following:
Act as a primary point of contact for reporting and analytics initiatives between offshore teams and global collaborators.
Lead, mentor, and manage a reporting team, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support.
Design, develop, and deliver advanced dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
Drive the development and optimization of reporting platforms to improve performance, scalability, and usability.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all reporting outputs.
Monitor and refine dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy, relevance, and actionable insights for collaborators.
Collaborate with leadership to define and implement reporting strategy and roadmap priorities.
Identify opportunities to integrate advanced analytics, including AI/ML capabilities, into the reporting ecosystem.
Serve as an escalation point for reporting-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
This Role May Be for You If You Have:
Experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics within a global or shared services environment
Strong hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI (Qlik is a plus).
Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, business-friendly narratives
Strong collaborator engagement and collaboration skills across global, cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management capabilities
Strong planning, organizational, and team leadership skills
A diligent approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
To Be Considered for This Role:
8+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles, preferably within a multinational or GCC setup.
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in data science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience handling complex datasets.
Familiarity with integrating advanced analytics or AI capabilities into reporting environments is desirable.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industries is an added advantage.
Fluency in English and ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
