As a Workday HCM- Associate 2, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for Workday Human Capital Management applications, helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications.
As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. This role offers the chance to build a personal brand, deepen your technical skills, and grow your understanding of the business context. You are expected to take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.
