Job Responsibilities
Recognition & Engagement
Design and implement an enterprise recognition framework that reinforces performance, values, and the behaviours critical to business success
Elevate flagship programs such as annual awards, long service awards, and enterprise recognition platforms
Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale signature events (e.g. Annual Celebrations, Awards Ceremonies) to strengthen culture and employee pride
Develop innovative engagement initiatives leveraging both digital and physical experiences
Drive employee engagement action plans aligned to organisational priorities and EVP
Well-being & Employee Care
Design and deliver enterprise well-being and staff welfare initiatives that reinforce a strong culture of care and belonging
Integrate well-being into broader engagement and culture strategies
Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace environment aligned to organisational values
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Experience
Minimum 4 years of events planning and management or related experience
Proven track record of success in event planning and management of large-scale events
Other Prerequisites
Excellent project management, organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strategic planning and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
