Lead Omnichannel media Performance through Media Optimization
- Drive category & campaign-level revenue growth through paid media, with clear accountability for Media Sale, ROAS, and media efficiency
- Plan and allocate media investment based on traffic and sales performance by category by campaign align with business direction
- Enable and scale co-funded brand media (CPAS) and influencer programs to maximize platform revenue
Lead Full-Funnel KOL Strategy and Execution
- Develop influencers as Makro Brand Ambassadors
- Manage KOLs, promoting SKUs, align campaigns per month focused on own-brand categories
- Lead a performance-driven influencer strategy with clear revenue KPIs (sales, ROAS, conversion), beyond reach and awareness
- Optimize budgets dynamically across paid media and influencer marketing
- Prioritize and scale high-performing categories and creators using data-driven insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media Planning, Performance Marketing, or Omnichannel Campaign Management
- Strong experience in paid media optimization
- Hands-on experience in influencer/KOL strategy and management with performance-driven KPIs
- Ability to plan and optimize media budgets based on data and business goals
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and optimization
- Experience in e-commerce or retail is highly preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
