The Support Worker Services (SWS) team facilitates a range of NDIS-funded supports and services for people living with disabilities (i.e. participants). This may include:
The Manager, Support Worker Services, will lead the team in all aspects of day-to-day operations as well as provide support and line supervision to team members. This will involve both centre-based and outreach functions in collaboration with a range of agency and community resources/services.
This role will act as a key member of the Service Management Team and will also be expected to participate in the Organisational Management Team on a rotational basis. Availability for an on-call (after-hours) roster is also required whilst in this position.
This is a fixed-term contract to cover a period of extended leave.
Hours of Work
Applicants with the capacity to work full-time hours (76h 00m per fortnight) are preferred, however, applicants with part-time availability will be considered. Part-time applicants must be available to work a minimum of 45h 36m per fortnight.
