

Salesforce Techno Functional1
Act as a techno-functional lead for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
Lead requirement gathering workshops, solution design discussions, and stakeholder alignment
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Provide functional guidance and technical direction to developers and admins
Own end-to-end delivery including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Ensure best practices around Salesforce configuration, customization, security, and data model
Collaborate with business, product owners, and integration teams
Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
Strong experience with Sales Cloud and core CRM capabilities
Expertise in:
Lead-to-Opportunity & Opportunity-to-Order processes
Account, Contact, Opportunity, Products & Price Books
Reports, Dashboards, Flows, Validation Rules
Security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing)
