Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Manage and develop relationships with assigned pharmacy accounts, ensuring alignment on business objectives, commercial terms, and growth plans.
Sales & Forecasting: Deliver sell-in and sell-out targets through accurate forecasting, demand planning, and effective execution of commercial plans.
Business Planning: Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) tailored to each account, including promotions, trade activities, and visibility initiatives.
Trade Execution: Ensure excellence in in-store execution, including product availability, merchandising standards, and promotional compliance through AVR.
Commercial Negotiations: Lead negotiations on pricing, trade terms, and promotions to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (sales, off-take, stock levels, ROI on activations) and provide actionable insights to optimize account performance
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and field teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
Develop comprehensive stakeholder mapping for assigned accounts and build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
Create clear account strategies and actionable growth plans in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Drive execution of account plans by effectively mobilizing internal resources to maximize business growth opportunities.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a unified “One Galderma” approach toward customers.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for portfolio bundling, cross-category activations, and synergistic promotions across the Galderma portfolio.
Maintain a strong integrated dermatology strategy mindset and apply it consistently across all customer engagements and business activities.
Ensure full compliance with company legal, ethical, and compliance standards, while adhering to all local laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Support the identification and development of new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives within the pharmacy channel.
Provide regular business reviews, insights, and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making and continuous business improvement
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree (science/ pharmacy) or equivalent experience/qualification
At least 7 - 8 years working experience in the sales field in a multinational pharmaceutical industry is required for this position.
Should have min 100% annual sales target achievement in past 2-3 years
