POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Director, APAC, the Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst APAC supports the full spectrum of Performance & Reward functional processes and activities across the APAC region.
This role serves as a technical resource to People Leadership, People Partners, Management for all things related to Performance & Reward. The Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst plays a key role in helping to support the business by assisting in planning, designing, implementing and communicating compensation policies and practices aimed at enabling Cushman & Wakefield to bring in the best talent to drive business performance. This role also involves analysing data and developing solutions, providing a foundation and support for the growth of the business.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance & Reward Process, Policies, Procedures:
Performance & Reward Analytics:
Benchmarking: assesses market relevant compensation by participating in the planning, pricing, implementation and administration of employee annual and off-cycle compensation reviews and increases. Conduct job analysis and review position descriptions for appropriateness.
Performance & Reward Strategy & Programs: Support the execution of Reward Strategy aligned with Asia Pacific and Global strategic priorities.
Projects: Support ad-hoc project work and provide analysis to enhance the effectiveness of the overall People function and business performance
Stakeholder management: Work closely and collaboratively with HRBPs, HR Operations/People Services, a variety of managers and other business functions (Finance, Marketing & Research, Legal, TDS) as required.
Budgets: Support the preparation of C&B proposals and budgets, assist Country People Partner teams with data analytics for Annual Operating Planning (AOP) as it relates to people costs.
