The Role
Barings is seeking to recruit a Senior Director or an experienced Director who will work along a Director to further develop and drive the business activities across BARINGS' liquid and illiquid capabilities in institutional and wholesale channels.
The Salesperson will have the following remit:

Close collaboration with client portfolio managers, client services managers and other teams.
Able to grasp and work across the nuances of the Italian and Spanish institutional- and wealth market.
Readiness to travel within Europe to build relationships within BARINGS, availability for meetings with colleagues and external events.
Take part in the projects across borders and help drive topics and bring new perspectives to the discussion.
