We are hiring a Senior Treasury Analyst with demonstrated experience in trust management and securitisation. As the function continues to automate and streamline processes, this role will also focus on process optimisation and utilising tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and AI.
The successful candidate will split their time carrying out defined trust management functions and be involved in the establishment of new warehouse facilities and term securitization's including preparation of materials and monthly reporting.
We are looking for an individual with trust management expertise and the ability to work with data ideally. Knowledge in SQL is highly desirable but not essential.
This role is Sydney based.
You will:
Manage existing securitisation trusts.
Manage trust cashflow / liquidity requirements including draw down process and limit monitoring.
Run cash flow distribution waterfall calculations, manage note holder payments and trust reporting.
Contribute to process improvement and implement automation through use of modern tools such as AI.
Work closely within the Treasury team on the establishment of new warehouse facilities, involved in term-out process including preparation of materials for rating agencies / investors and settlement of transactions.
You will have:
5+ years’ experience within the finance industry with a minimum 4 years’ direct trust management / securitisation experience.
Strong securitisation and trust management reporting skills required.
Advanced excel skills and other tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and AI is required.
Knowledge in SQL desirable but nor essential.
Ability to develop trust cash flow models required.
Proven experience and interest in process improvement, automation or digital transformation.
Experience within the asset finance sector desired but not essential.
Experience within a non-bank, trustee or rating agency organisation desired but not essential.
