Job Description
1.Lead the Organization Development Team: •Manage a team responsible for designing and implementing global OD programs. Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to deliver high-impact results. 2.Design and Implement OD Programs: •Develop and oversee the execution of OD initiatives that support global business strategies, including organizational change, culture transformation, leadership development, and talent development. 3.Engage with HR Partners and Stakeholders: •Collaborate closely with HR partners and other HR team members across various functions to align OD programs with the broader HR strategy. Ensure that OD initiatives are effectively integrated into the overall HR framework. 4.Collaborate with Senior Leadership: •Work directly with senior leadership to gain their support and endorsement for OD initiatives. Communicate the value and impact of OD programs to ensure they are prioritized within the organization’s strategic plans. 5.Drive Continuous Improvement: •Lead efforts to continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of OD programs. Utilize data-driven insights and feedback to refine strategies and achieve optimal organizational outcomes. 6.Support Global Implementation: •Ensure the consistent and effective implementation of OD initiatives across all regions. Address any country- or region-specific challenges and adapt programs to meet diverse cultural and business needs.
