Job Summary: The OTM Solution Lead is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and optimization of transportation management solutions using Oracle Transportation Management. The role combines functional expertise, technical oversight, and delivery leadership to ensure successful implementation aligned with business objectives. The Solution Lead acts as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources, ensuring solution quality, timely delivery, and adoption of best practices across transportation and logistics processes.

Professional Expertise Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills Experience leading workshops and driving consensus Project delivery ownership and accountability mindset Strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations OTM Expertise Deep expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Understanding of transportation planning, routing, freight audit, and settlement Knowledge of supply chain execution processes Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Middleware platforms (Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, etc.) XML, JSON, and data mapping concepts Experience integrating with ERP systems OTM configuration Business rules and rate management setup SQL and database concepts Knowledge of cloud architecture, SaaS deployments
Tools & Technologies Agile or hybrid implementation methodologies DevOps and release management concepts Performance tuning, troubleshooting Data analytics, reporting tools
