OVER DE FUNCTIE
Als specialist creëer je een warme sfeer rond onze producten en ben je de schakel tussen klant en Tempur. Je zorgt voor ongeëvenaarde dienstverlening door in te spelen op de wensen van de klant en helpt hen het juiste product te vinden. Je bent het gezicht van Tempur, geeft advies en ondersteunt bij aankopen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor winkelpresentatie, verzorging en teamassistentie. Met je nieuwsgierigheid blijf je op de hoogte van het assortiment, wat bijdraagt aan de productiviteit van het team en de winkelresultaten. Je bent trots om voor Tempur te werken en vindt voldoening in het opbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties.
WAT ZOEKEN WIJ?
Aantoonbare ervaring in directe verkoop in retail/showroom. Snel in staat om productkennis en innovaties te absorberen. Enthousiast over Tempur en in staat om dat enthousiasme over te brengen. Bereid om de unieke dienstverlening van Tempur te leren en toe te passen. Sterk in omgang met mensen, goed luisterend en empathisch. Kennis van MS Office is een pre. Flexibel in werktijden, inclusief weekenden en feestdagen. Goede beheersing van Nederlandse taal Woonachtig binnen 40 km van de Tempur Store.
