The purpose of the Director of Shared Services is to elevate the performance, consistency, and experience of all Ardent companies by building and leading high-performing shared service functions that remove friction, create clarity, and enable every partner and operating team to reach their full potential.
In short, this new role exists to make it easier for our operating companies to perform at a high level.
Ardent provides the following shared services to the operating companies:
• H&S and Wellness
• IT
• Marketing
• Sales leadership
• Finance
• HR and Social
• Fleet and Property Management (in the future)
