About You:

• Preference for a recognised trade and or engineering qualification, or a lesser skill level with a high level of demonstrated relevant experience
• Minimum 10 years+ experience in a management role
• An absolute commitment to work safety, comply with all site safety standards
• Strong understanding of the delivery of maintenance and construction practices within the Transport for NSW (and predecessors) environment
• Demonstrated experience leading maintenance operations within roads, tunnels, motorways, bridges or other critical infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and contractors in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles, risk-based maintenance and lifecycle planning.
• Experience developing maintenance strategies, forecasting workloads and managing operational budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with government clients and asset owners.
• Ability to translate network performance requirements into practical maintenance delivery outcomes.
• Experience driving operational improvement, workforce capability development and performance management initiatives.
