Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team on a full-time contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in program, scheme, or project management within the agriculture domain. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage programs, schemes, or projects within the agriculture sector. Ensure the effective planning, execution, and delivery of assigned initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships to achieve project goals.Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessaryReport progress and results to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.Drive innovation and best practices in project management processes
