THE OPPORTUNITY
Step into a dynamic role as a Machinery Operator at Cape Foulwind Machinery, where your hands-on skills will help drive the success of our farm operations. You’ll operate a wide range of machinery - including tractors, trucks, bikes, ATVs, cultivation, spraying, and harvesting equipment.
As part of our close-knit team, you’ll help maintain the property and assets, ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely. Daily you’ll be on farms, your days will be diverse, working across several Pāmu farms in the region. You will support the farms in growing and harvesting productive pasture through activities such as fertilizer spreading, mowing, and re-grassing.
You’ll be trusted to work independently, flexibly adapting to changing priorities and a variety of tasks, while always keeping safety, animal welfare, and environmental compliance front of mind.
This is a drive in drive out role with no accommodation available.

Cape Foulwind Machinery is a complex that supports five large Pāmu farms across the Cape Foulwind region, the focus for this complex is to support the farms to grow and harvest productive pasture.
