Optimal on behalf of its client, a leading company of energy sector, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on its premises in Marousi (Attica).
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travelarrangements. Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders,ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on action items with professionalism andconfidentiality.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, andfollow-up actions.
Document Management: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with company policies.
Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, tracking deadlines anddeliverables.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain the highest level ofconfidentiality regarding corporate matters.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree with preference in Business Administration, or a related field.
Up to 5 years experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
