Job Description Summary:
Monday - Friday, No Weekends and No Holidays
• Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
The Palliative Care Clinical RN will be a resource to patients/families, hospital staff and the palliative care interdisciplinary team. This person will educate patients and families on palliative care, provide comprehensive assessment to patients, and clearly communicate needs to Palliative Care providers as well as floor staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
3-4 years’ experience in working in academic or large community hospital in a related clinical area (oncology, geriatrics, ICU, neuro), knowledge of palliative care
3-4 years palliative care/hospice experience
CHPN specialty certification
