THE JOB:
The Conversion Lead is at the center of the action—driving seamless, high-impact venue transformations between events while ensuring every transition is executed with precision, speed, and zero room for error.
THE STARTING RATE: $19.00 THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.
Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations
Perform administrative duties related to event productions
Work along Conversion Tech II staff on all other conversion related duties
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years or older
2+ years of relevant experience in conversion, stage production, or public venue/event operations, including leadership experience.
High School Diploma required
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
