As our Senior Social Media Manager, you will take full ownership of the content roadmap, community engagement, and organic growth strategy. By blending creative intuition with rigorous optimisation, you will maximise reach and build a highly engaged, loyal subscriber base from the ground up.
You will play a pivotal role in bringing this technology to life for a global community of developers and businesses. Your mission is to architect and execute developer marketing strategies that transcend traditional social presence. You will engineer conversations that build momentum, driving deep brand resonance and long-term loyalty for the suite of products.

You:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in growth marketing
Strong experience engaging and growing highly technical, developer, or B2B audiences, demonstrating the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, high-engagement content.
Demonstrated familiarity with cloud computing, software development, or enterprise technology ecosystems is highly preferred.
Extensive experience in social media content creation, including mastery of SEO tools and video editing.
Strong analytical capability to interpret performance data and optimise retention strategies.
Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with a focus on translating complex concepts into engaging, user-friendly messaging.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and maintain strong relationships within a collaborative agency-client model.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work confidently without close supervision.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
