1. Proactive in our own learning and development, and to meet the minimum requirement of 20 hours of continuing education per year.
2. Participate and contribute in a teaching program and provide orientation to new staff members on ward routines, being flexible and adaptable to any new service that is implemented.
3. Supervising new member to ensure the provision of high-quality nursing care.
4. Maintain a record of personal leave and training attendance.

Adhere to the hospital's policies and nursing code of conduct, ensuring patient confidentiality and standard infection control practices are upheld.
FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
SAFETY AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES
Participate in new services, comply with 5S activities, patient safety policies, andadherencetoISO,MSQH,JCI,PSG,BFHIandNNA,ensurecomplywith patient safety goals, and occupational safety measures.
Adhere to the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations 1994, take reasonable care at work, cooperate with employers, wear proper PPE, and follow all safety and health instructions and measures.
