We are recruiting a Business Intelligence & Commercial Excellence Manager in BELGIUM. This role supports the commercial business on improving commercial performance by optimizing processes, capabilities, and execution across sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

This position reports into Pharma Channel Lead and is based in Antwerp, BE.

Revenue Forecasting & Commercial Performance Alignment
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
Data, Analytics & Insights
Promo Optimization & Brilliant execution
Evaluate promotional effectiveness and ROI
Improve revenue management processes and discipline
Align marketing and sales around common objectives and KPIs to track brilliant execution (# of facings, share of shelf, MSL,TDP)
Drive omnichannel effectiveness (field + digital)
Capability Building & Enablement
Tools, Systems & CRM Governance
