Bank Mendes Gans (BMG) exclusively engages in cash pooling and netting for multinationals. BMG allows corporate treasurers to maximize liquidity and gain control of all cash flows. We operate a bank-independent model and we handle most of the world’s convertible currencies. Our clients are supported with a high level of professionalism and superior client service. BMG is globally recognized as a specialized bank for liquidity and cash management services and part of ING Wholesale Banking – the Transaction Services domain. In 2024, BMG legally merged with ING and kept its own branding and name.
Your role & work environment
Within BMG Finance Control, this role is positioned at the core of management reporting, regulatory compliance, and the strengthening of our control framework.
As Data Analyst, you are not just delivering insights, you ensure that financial data, reporting outputs, and underlying datasets are complete, consistent, auditable and aligned with ING standards and regulatory expectations.
At the same time, you play a key role in unlocking the value of data within BMG, leveraging modern analytics, dashboarding and AI-driven insights to improve decision-making and performance across Finance and the wider organisation.
The role contributes to the ongoing professionalisation and automation of Finance processes, including the transition towards more standardised and data-driven reporting within BMG.

A professional who combines strong analytical capability with a Finance Control mindset, and who is able to bridge data, reporting and governance in a structured way. Having worked in BMG or a similar entity in ING within Finance & Data analytics is a plus.
