

We are looking for a talented and driven Delivery Manager
to own and develop product capabilities in the payment processing domain at inDrive. In this role, you will design and evolve payment solutions, including acquiring, routing, orchestration, and full transaction lifecycle management
Goals and Metrics:
Delivery Predictability – % of milestones and releases delivered on time
Release Quality – number of critical post-release issues, rollbacks, or urgent hotfixes
Risk and Dependency Management – % of blockers resolved within target timelines; number of dependency-related delays
Stakeholder Communication – % of status updates shared on time
3+ years of experience in delivery, project, program, or product operations roles in tech or product teams
Strong understanding of software development, release cycles, and cross-functional delivery
Experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution across teams
Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to drive initiatives to completion
Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure plans and communicate results clearly
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Personal Qualities:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
PMI, PRINCE2, PSM, or similar certifications are a plus.
