Why This Role Matters:
This role helps enable smarter, data-driven manufacturing by connecting machines with IT systems across manufacturing facilities in EMEA. You will contribute to improving efficiency, quality, and reliability across production processes while supporting the ongoing digital transformation of modern tire manufacturing.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support projects to develop, implement and improve manufacturing data systems in EMEA
Integrate production equipment with IT platforms and databases
Develop and maintain data interfaces (APIs, system connections)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment data and system performance
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver solutions
Ensure solutions meet global standards and business requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
What We’re Looking For:
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related field
5-8 years of experience working with data systems, system integration (APIs, XML) and manufacturing IT/OT
Knowledge of enterprise messaging technologies and protocols (e.g. ActiveMQ, Camel), programming (e.g. Java or C#, Linux and Windows scripting) and databases (e.g. Oracle)
Good communication skills in English
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Understanding of automation systems and data collection from equipment
Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) or networking
