

The Lead Program Integrator (LPI) leads major initiatives within the Program Office, holding end to end ownership of the Install Base (IB) projects and supports the Program Manager.
The role drives day to day execution while establishing strong planning, governance, and controls to ensure successful delivery of multiple IB-related projects.
Partnering with cross functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and service, the LPI ensures products meet business, performance, compliance, and launch readiness requirements. As the central integrator and decision maker, the LPI aligns stakeholders, manages trade offs, and turns strategy into results.
The role drives day‑to‑day execution and ensures effective planning, governance, and delivery of complex POCUS programs. Working with cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, service, and clinical functions, the LPI ensures systems meet business goals, clinical performance, compliance, and readiness for deployment at the point of care.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Biomedical (advantage), or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering and project leadership roles within manufacturing, service, or sourcing environments, including leadership of global and/or virtual teams Proven ability to build and sustain strong cross-functional relationships, with excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills Hands-on experience managing programs across the full product lifecycle, including coordination of complex cross-functional dependencies Ability to proactively identify, communicate, and escalate quality or compliance risks, and drive timely and effective corrective actions
