Role: Global Oracle EDMCS Owner – IT Business Analyst
Location: Krakow – 3 days/week onsite
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Global Oracle EDMCS Owner / IT Business Analyst to join our Kraków-based team. This role requires a hands-on professional with at least 3+ years of practical experience in enterprise data management, Oracle EDMCS, or IT Business Analysis within complex international environments.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary IT owner and subject matter expert for Oracle EDMCS.
Manage application lifecycle activities including configuration, enhancements, upgrades, support, and optimization.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Oversee integrations between Oracle EDMCS and ERP/EPM systems such as Oracle Fusion, M3, FCCS, ARCS, and Planning.
Support global rollout projects, governance initiatives, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate Level 2/3 support activities and ensure system stability and SLA adherence.
Drive continuous improvement and automation of master data management processes.
Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in an IT Business Analyst, Application Owner, or similar technical role.
Strong practical knowledge of Oracle EDMCS and enterprise data governance processes.
Experience with ERP/EPM integrations and master data management workflows.
Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes within international organizations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with ITIL and project management methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid working model based in Kraków.

Oracle EPM/EDMCS certification preferred.
