The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Front Office Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape employee and guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The Front Office Manager reports to the Director of Rooms. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities
The Front Office Manager directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk, Bell and Driveway Staff. Acts as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior managers are not available. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals who have computer knowledge with good communication skills. Previous experience of 3 years preferred. Speaking, writing, and reading English is required. Positive attitude and willing to learn is a must. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts, holidays and weekends.
What to Expect: You Will…
Salary Range: $104,000.00 - $114,000.00
