Your role
As the Performance Management SR Manager you’ll monitor performance and KPIs to optimize acquisitions, conversions, and commissions, while managing and forecasting budgets with a P&L approach. You will define commercial strategy through network segmentation analysis and overseeing affiliate program governance, platform needs, partner onboarding, and remuneration model management. Optimizing digital journeys.
What you’ll do:
Performance and KPI Monitoring: Analyse data trends across the network, with a specific focus on acquisitions, conversions, and commissions, to optimize overall program performance
Budget Management and Forecasting: Plan and manage the online and offline budget with a P&L approach, focusing on affiliate remuneration and predicting performance based on variables such as sales volume and campaign effectiveness
Support commercial strategy based on segmentation Model Analysis: Analyse the sales network and identify key offline and online criteria to establish new omnichannel sales point segments; monitor the migration matrix between segments
Governance on the affiliate program: Collect different information to design new solutions and new models
Affiliate Platform request: coordinate the affiliation platform management and the improvements development following the whole process, from the need to the release
Management of activities related to the partners onboarding and monthly rewards
Support the organization of training sessions for different affiliate types to ensure they understand product and affiliation platform features to maximize sales
Manage Remuneration and incentive models: Streamline various online and offline remuneration models and develop a sustainable omnichannel remuneration structure based on sales point segmentation, ensuring customer base growth and network maintenance as well as PoS satisfaction and REM model sustainability; implement effective remuneration models for affiliates (e.g., CPA, revenue share), aligning their incentives with corporate objectives
Analyze the acquisition flow; optimizing each step of the funnel (from visitors to FTDs) with a data driven approach; Competitors benchmarking
Management of welcome offers in terms of offer, mechanics, results, ROI analysis
Welcome on-board program to reach first deposit and documents completion, including non- campaigns (Email, SMS, Push)
What you’ll bring:
You have demonstrated years of hands-on performance monitoring experience, whether in-house or at a digital agency, with a strong grasp of standard methodologies and algorithm updates.es.
You’re confident with key tools (e.g. Google Analytics, business intelligence tools) and familiar with platforms like Netrefer, microgame affiliation platform
You’re analytical and data-driven, able to extract insights from metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
You’re proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You communicate clearly across teams, enjoy cross-functional teamwork, and are proficient in English.
University degree is a plus but not required
