Role Overview
Reporting to the CIO, the Program Manager Digital Transformation leads a portfolio of cross functional initiatives across marine, landside, commercial and technology teams, supporting improvements in operational workflows, data visibility and performance management practices.
The role leads the program from early definition through to delivery and scale, ensuring measurable operational improvements and commercial outcomes are realised. It requires strong operational understanding and the ability to work across multiple functions to deliver outcomes in complex industrial or logistics environments.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of a portfolio of operational capability initiatives across marine, yard and landside environments;
Lead programme mobilisation activities including scope definition, roadmap development, governance design and establishment of delivery guardrails;
Lead cross functional improvement initiatives to enhance operational flow, coordination and performance outcomes;
Lead market engagement activities including RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation and solution shaping aligned to operational and commercial objectives;
Coordination with internal operational teams and industry stakeholders; and
Development of measurable operational performance targets and tracking of improvement outcomes.
About you
Your skills and experience will include:
Valid driver’s licence
Tertiary qualification or relevant level of skill and knowledge gained through experience;
Experience leading enterprise scale transformation in logistics, transport, infrastructure or industrial environments;
Strong operational acumen with the ability to translate business challenges into practical transformation initiatives;
Ability to influence senior operational leaders and external stakeholders;
Proven experience improving operational flow, productivity or coordination outcomes;
Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping programs from early stage definition; and
Experience engaging vendors and managing commercial risk.
