About us:
With 1,125 rooms and suites, four restaurants and three bars, a multifunctional Congress Center and Berlin's most successful live show “Stars in Concert”, the Estrel is Europe's largest hotel, congress and entertainment center. With 1,200 events a year, the Estrel occupies a top position as a congress and event location. A team of 550 employees from 23 nations looks after our national and international guests and customers. The Estrel Tower is currently under construction and will expand the “Estrel World” by the end of 2025.

Aktive und proaktive Medienarbeit sowie Aufbau und Pflege eines belastbaren Netzwerks zu Journalisten und Redaktionen
Platzierung von Themen und Geschichten in relevanten Medien (Wirtschaft, Immobilien, Lifestyle, Travel)
Identifikation, Aufbereitung und Steuerung relevanter Themen und Trends
Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sowie Redaktionsplänen
Erstellung und Platzierung von Pressemitteilungen, Statements, Artikeln und weiteren PR-Inhalten
Entwicklung redaktioneller Inhalte für digitale und klassische Kanäle in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing
Planung und Umsetzung von PR-Formaten wie Presseevents, Fotoshootings und Dreharbeiten
Monitoring, Analyse und Auswertung der Medienresonanz sowie Steuerung interner Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
Ihr Profil:
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in PR, Unternehmenskommunikation, Media Relations oder Journalismus
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
Ausgeprägte Stärke in der Medienarbeit sowie Freude am direkten Austausch mit Journalisten
Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und hohe Textsicherheit in unterschiedlichen Formaten
Bestehendes Netzwerk in der Medienlandschaft sowie nachweisbare Erfolge in der Platzierung von Themen
Starke Storytelling-Kompetenz und Gespür für relevante Inhalte
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (inkl. KI-Anwendungen)
