Ihre Aufgaben:
- Installations-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten im Elektro-, Sanitär- oder allgemeinen Haustechnikbereich
- Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufes innerhalb unseres Haustechnikerteams
- Kontrolle der Gebäudetechnik und Überwachung von Wartungsterminen
- Durchführung technischer Soforthilfe und Begleitung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten mit Schwerpunkten in der Elektrotechnik und Sanitärtechnik
- Betreuung aller gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
- Begleitung unserer Kundenveranstaltungen
- Fehleranalysen an der Anlagentechnik
- Erkennung und Dokumentation von Gewährleistungsmängeln
Ihr Profil:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im entsprechenden Bereich (Elektrik, Sanitär, Haustechnik oder Tischler)
