The role is part of the Europe International Investment Solutions COO team and located in Geneva or Zurich. The role is responsible for supporting a wide range of COO activities, ensuring business continuity and regulatory compliance in close collaboration with product, agile, and control functions
Responsibilities
Support the New Product Approval (NPA) and Product Review processes, ensuring a consistent and efficient product governance framework
Contribute to the product lifecycle of investment solutions, including product launches, changes, and periodic reviews
Coordinate and support projects related to advisory solutions, including regulatory updates, platform enhancements, and process improvements
Perform regular product governance controls and support audit activities, including follow-up on findings and coordination of required actions
Act as a key point of contact for Front Office, providing guidance on product governance and advisory processes
Support interactions with external fund and asset managers, including KYC due diligence and maintenance of distribution agreements
Review product-related documentation and marketing materials to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal requirements
Skills
Solid knowledge of investment products, advisory solutions, and product governance frameworks
Experience with New Product Approval (NPA), product lifecycle management, or product review processes within financial services
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to prepare structured analysis and presentations
Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple stakeholders across Front Office, Product, and control functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Fluent English required; German is an advantage
