Intern – Technical, Facility Management - Job Description
About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our Facility Management team. You’ll support Facility Management site operations, Vendor coordination, Documentations & Reporting, Billing & Cost tracking, Learning & process improvement. This is a great opportunity to learn about Facility and Property Management industry.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support
Assist in monitoring day-to-day facility operations (Technical, Safety & Security services). Coordinate with Technical and security service vendors. Support site inspections and report any issues. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare basic MIS reports for management review. Maintain records such as Checklists (daily/weekly/monthly), Asset registers and Service reports Billing & Cost Tracking (Basic Exposure)
Assist in invoice preparation and verification. Support in vendor bill validation. Learning & Process Improvement
Learn FM processes, SLAs, and KPIs. Gain exposure to technical and soft services operations. Qualifications & Skills
Education: Recently completed a degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Skills: Good communication and presentation skills Basic Technical Knowledge (MEP System) Interest in Facility and Property Management Problem Solving Client handling Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
