Corteva has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our company and support our Toledo location.
As the Administrative Assistant for Corteva Agriscience, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing plant and field operations by ensuring daily administrative activities run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will provide front office reception support, collaborate with production, agronomy, and external partners, and manage essential administrative functions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll reporting, data entry, document control, and records management. With strong attention to detail and accuracy, you will prepare correspondence and reports, support contract administration and purchasing needs, assist with quality and training documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast paced, seasonal environment.

What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative support to manufacturing plant and field operations
Perform daily reception activities effectively and welcome visitors and business partners to the location
Collaborate with site production, agronomy, and external partners
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processing for the site
Create, develop, and maintain data entry processes across departments
Handle daily transactions for operations with high accuracy
Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports
Assist with contract administration duties, office supply ordering, and other plant purchasing needs
Assist with records management around quality programs and training
Support Continuous Improvement activities around Safety, Quality, and Productivity
Tracking documentation and assist training coordinator for proper document control
Run payroll reports and review for data accuracy
Perform other duties as assigned

What Skills You Need:
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP business applications
Demonstrates experience in developing, implementing, and managing business projects and procedures
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to think proactively, manage confidential information, perform well under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities is critical using sound logical problem solving and decision-making skills
Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to prioritize effectively
Excels in a fast-paced environment and adapts to change
Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed during seasonal peaks to support business needs
You are welcoming and engaging with a positive attitude and love being the face of the business as you greet guests when they come in the door
