Who you are

• Aspiring Professional: You are a current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Law, or a related field. An interest in pursuing future industry certifications. Previous experience in Internal Audit is a plus.
• Curiosity for the Financial Industry: You have a strong interest in crypto, finance, and how tech-driven companies operate. Initial theoretical knowledge or a keen interest in business processes, internal controls, internal audit or IT infrastructure is highly valued.
• Effective Communicator: You possess good interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate within a multicultural, fast-paced team. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in German is a strong asset.
• Motivated Team Player: You are self-driven, highly organized, and possess strong analytical skills. Above all, you have a growth mindset, are eager to learn about different areas of a business, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
