• Able to read, comprehend, write and speak English
•Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn computer systems
• Moderate knowledge of calibration of manufacturing equipment and usage of hand tools,
electronic monitoring equipment, fluid and pressure monitoring equipment
• Ability to apply computerized maintenance management system (e.g. Maximo)
• Knowledge of calibration regulations and standards (e.g, ISO 17025)
• Knowledge of and adherence to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality
guidelines as they relate to department clean room medical device manufacturing
• Strict attention to detail
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation Practices supporting a
medical device environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams
• Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
• Accountable to adhere to applicable Edwards Environmental, Health and Safety and
Quality System requirements to ensure our products and services consistently meet
customer and regulatory requirements
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental
Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to
themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of
pollution under their span of influence/control
• Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of all waste generated in the facility
according to applicable laws within the waste management program (RCRA). Prepare
regulatory and/or internal reports, complete waste determinations, sign waste manifests
and coordinate proper training sessions to affected personnel
PHYSICAL

For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Remote or field-based positions will have different workplace arrangements which will be indicated in the job posting.
