Responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities
Ensuring compliance to international Quality management systems standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001.
Assist with projects that ensure compliance to international product technical and environmental standards, such as EN 62368-1, UN 38.3, EN 62133, and IATA DGR regulations.
Meeting timely governmental agency reporting requirements for environmental battery and packaging waste regulations.
Track and update certification expirations to ensure continued compliance, while maintaining database for visibility to internal and external customers.
Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes and suggests improvements.
Contributes to product compliance projects as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete, and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality or similar standards role).
