The Housekeeper is part of The Club at Weston Hills team, which values a grateful spirit, humility, and a member-first service attitude. The position supports daily housekeeping operations while helping create a welcoming, well-maintained environment for members, guests, and staff.
Daily cleaning: Sweep and wash floors, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean windows.
Trash removal: Empty trash from work areas to the loading dock/dumpster.
Golf course restrooms: Assist in maintaining cleanliness of bathrooms.
Facility upkeep: Help maintenance staff keep public and work areas clean and organized.
Special projects: Perform additional tasks as delegated by management.
Guest relations: Ensure a pleasant visit for all guests while maintaining effective communication
Ability to maintain an organized workspace and handle guest relations.
Experience with floor cleaning, trash removal, and general facility maintenance.
Ability to follow written or verbal instructions without constant supervision.
Teamwork and reliability are essential
Operates in a private club setting with professional standards.
Flexible schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on club operations
Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40–50 lbs regularly
