Operations Project Leader

🚀 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗢𝗣𝗟 (𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿) !

As part of our growth, we are looking for an OPL to lead and coordinate new projects from development to serial production.

💡 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:
You will be responsible for planning, follow-up, and control of new projects in line with preplanning and group procedures.

🔑 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Use preplanning as a development and monitoring tool for project tasks
• Implement and follow up on PDP (Project Development Plan)
• Coordinate SOP and ensure smooth production launch
• Support production during prototype and serial phases
• Ensure coordination between all departments
• Act as the key interface with the central customer team

👤 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:

• 🎓 Engineering degree
• 🏭 Minimum 4 years of experience (automotive sector)
• 🤝 Strong transversal management, leadership, and influence skills
• ⚡ Ability to manage stress and priorities
• 💬 Fluent in English
