Job Summary:
Acrisure is seeking a HR Consultant to join our growing team. The HR Consultant provides strategic and tactical human resources support to clients, helping them navigate complex employment issues, improve workforce effectiveness, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices. This role partners closely with leadership and client teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the client’s business goals and foster a positive, productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Serve as HR contact for assigned clients, providing guidance on a full spectrum of HR matters
Advise clients on employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and terminations
Support recruitment efforts of certain clients by assisting with job descriptions, posting strategies, screening candidates, and providing selection guidance
Prepare and conduct engagement/culture surveys
Assist with HR assessments; gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Creation and updates of Employee handbooks
Compensation benchmarking and analysis
Assist with creation of applicable employment agreements
Develop and/or revise job descriptions
Develop and/or revise HR policies and procedures
Creation and editing of presentations
Present development sessions related to client needs/requests
Develop and/or create templates related to performance feedback, employee discipline, recruitment and interviewing, and other employee matters
Participate in conference booth/exhibits to grow business
Assist with Employee benefits department client benefit surveys
Grow and maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources Including participating in professional development sessions or seminars
Provide recommendations for resolution of daily HR issues to clients
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to effectively work collaboratively cross functionally and with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, including managing multiple projects in a dynamic development environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
3-5 years of human resource management experience preferred.
SHRM designations a plus.
Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
