Women in Management (WIM) is a Latin American B Corp specializing in promoting gender equality within companies. Their approach involves establishing internal communities of women and men, fostering social capital through transformative annual programs, and ultimately creating better workplaces for all. WIM has a strong commitment to empowering women and fostering a culture of sorority, evidenced by their numerous initiatives, including their “Red Mirífica” community and the “Reconocimiento Red de Mujeres América Latina y Caribe” award recognizing impactful women’s networks.

WIM also focuses on engaging men through their “Manbassdors” program, encouraging them to become agents of change and advocates for equality. They have a global reach, having been founded in Canada with co-founders from Chile and currently operating across Latin America.
