Their standard day runs from 8am to 6pm, but parents can extend this by an hour in either direction on a pay-as-you-go basis for additional flexibility. This allows families to customize their childcare arrangement based on their specific work schedules and needs. Additionally, they offer emergency day swaps for up to five days a year for situations requiring last-minute care changes. This comprehensive approach to flexibility aims to support families in balancing work and parenting responsibilities.
