Union Wine Company produces three brands: Underwood, Kings Ridge, and Alchemist. Underwood is their flagship brand and is known for its approachable, everyday drinking wines, which are available in both bottles and cans. Kings Ridge wines are from the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley and are characterized by the unique flavors found only in its hills and valley. Alchemist is their premium brand, which is crafted using modern winemaking techniques and equipment to preserve the inherent freshness and brightness of the Oregon grapes used in their blends.

Union Wine Company offers two types of Field Sales Representative roles: a hybrid position based in the Portland, OR area and a fully remote position based in Colorado. This flexibility allows employees to choose the work environment that best suits their lifestyle and location preferences, giving them a balance between office and remote work or the ability to work remotely full-time.

Union Wine Company offers a competitive benefits package that includes a choice of three medical plans through Regence BCBS, dental and vision coverage through Principal Insurance, employer-paid life and LTD insurance, FSA and HSA options, a 3% match to retirement contributions, 10 paid holidays, and 136 hours of PTO loaded annually. Employees also receive a monthly defined contribution towards benefits, which often covers the full cost of medical, dental, and vision, with any remaining funds available for FSA, HSA, or as additional taxable income.
