The Agency Collective Ltd

The Agency Collective Ltd is a peer support community for agency owners that has been operating for over a decade. Their mission is to support agency leaders in running and growing happy, healthy agencies. With a welcoming community of nearly 500 leaders, members are able to openly discuss their challenges, build new long-lasting friendships with fellow agency leaders, and access a wealth of resources for learning and growth. Members also have access to monthly online and in-person events, including Agency Leader Lunches, expert-led hot topic events, and conferences.

The Agency Collective prioritizes ethical business practices and is a certified B Corp. They are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion within the agency industry, and have taken steps to reduce their own carbon footprint. They also encourage their members to give back to the community by supporting schools and charities. The Agency Collective offers three membership options: Collaborate, Grow, and Exit. Each membership level offers access to different resources and benefits, including mentoring, support groups, and new business clinics.

The Agency Collective is a fully remote company. All employees work from home and are not required to be in a traditional office environment. This allows for flexibility in work hours and location, giving employees the ability to work when and where they are most productive.
