Studee offers a hybrid work model for the Data Coordinator position, allowing for 2-3 days in the office in Cirencester and the remainder working from home. Employees are welcome to work from the office more frequently if they desire. The company also allows for flexible working hours, with a core hour range of 10am-4pm, and provides the option to work from other Studee offices abroad, though expenses for these arrangements are not covered.
