Rise also provides a robust benefits package through Victor Group that includes health, dental, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, along with a Rise Wellness Program and Benefits My Way health spending account. Employees are entitled to approximately 36 wellness days, including vacation, sick days, and winter break.
